Need hair suggestions please.

I absolutely hate my hair, I tried to attach a pic so you can see my face.
The hair is down to my bra strap in back and is naturally wavy. Also, its the real color.

What about bringing the length up to just past your shoulders, or shoulder length with a long side swept bang .....
If your hair is wavy, you could easily wear the style that way, or straighten it for a sleeker look -
