Need cute ideas
Acmoore has inexpensive aprons you could have them decorate as a favor and craft. A chef hat would also be a cute option.

Need cute ideas
I would get the paper chef hats from Oriental Trading and some pizza stickers, have them decorate them and then staple them to size and put on their heads.
I would do personalized aprons. Get some iron on printable paper and make their name with a cute pizza slice clip art.
I would play pin the toppings on the pizza, or something like that.
Some candy stores have a pizza candy favor that would be cute.
