I have sooooooooooo many pairs of cropped pants! I wear them basically from March to the end of November..... So, most of the year basically.
I get my cropped pants from Ann Taylor Loft. They're great because they come in petite and regular sizes 
For cropped jeans, I have had a lot of luck with Lucky brand. I know that most of the brands have them though.. Citizens, Sevens, Calvin Klein.......Depends what you are willing to spend. I find Lucky the most reasonable and I also think they fit me the best of all the other brands! (except for my beloved Hudsons... they don't make a true cropped one though, theirs is more like bermuda short length- they go to the knee)
