Need cowboy boots.
We go to a ranch every summer, and ride every day. I want to start riding here occasionally too. I am heavy and so need a short boot to maybe mid-calf, authentic riding (western) boot, not English and not a fashion statement. Something comfortable and totally utilitarian....any suggestions???

I got my cowboy boots at Go West in Suffolk
Not sure if you're looking for real cowboy boots or not. Mine were on the expensive side (like $180).

I like Lucchese cowbow boots for riding- They have so many different styles. My current pair is about five years old and still in awesome shape. I do clean and condition the leather if the boots get muddy from riding.

I always wore Justins and loved them. They are a bit narrow though.

Go West is great!!! They carry more in the store than on the website and they are pros in helping you find the right size. I bought my first pair of boots from them in 98 or 99 and they still look great.

I have a pair of Corral Vintage that I got in Tx. And Justin distressed. Love any boots that look worn.
