Need a Restaurant recommendation for a spa day with my sister....
Long story short - tomorrow is my sister's birthday AND her last day of graduate school - I am so proud of her!!!!
BUT - she totaled her car over the weekend. She is very upset, but I am grateful she is ok.
She needs a break SO I want to have a sister's day on Saturday. I was thinking of a nice lunch and then we are going to Rain Day Spa for 3 1/2 hours of pampering and then out to dinner with my family.
SO I am in Mineola and the spa is in Woodbury. I need a restaurant recommendation for lunch- someplace nice, maybe where she could enjoy a glass of wine before the spa. Maybe someplace in Garden city?
I'm open to all ideas!

For somewhere nice why not go to the Garden City Hotel? We had a very nice lunch there the day after our wedding.

Thanks girls! I like the idea of the garden city hotel. I just went to their website and there is a bunch of names under dining. Is it the polo restaurant?

Polo is good, but I don't think they do lunch. I believe you can have lunch at Rein.
