Need a quick answer - USPS
I need to mail a big envelope (8x11ish). It's not hard and it's flat. How much will it cost regular mail with regular stamps. I tried the USPS site, but it said $1.99 and that seems like a lot!

Yeah....
We paid extra to mail our wedding invites b/c they were square.
The post office has some strange regulations.
