how difficult is it to move once assembled?

We have the Neat & Tidy and it's not hard to drag around...I'm not supposed to drag it around the grass (DH   ) but I can do it if necessary

we have the Step 2 Neighborhood Fun playhouse which is bigger than the Neat and Tidy and it's very easy to move around!
