Nautical mile

Im looking for somewhere to take my daughters 12 and 15 after 4pm on sat or sun. Just something different that’s ideally near water and we can walk around and eat prefer nassau. Want to make sure we get a little summertime fun in just the 3 of us. Is nautical mile recommended? Someone once said its a little seedy at night? We would be out til 9ish.

It’s not seedy, my kids love to go. We like Braccos which is further down on the left side. There is a DJ and people dancing, food is just OK. My kids enjoy going there because of the atmosphere. Have fun!

Re: Nautical mile

There's a water taxi co. that goes out for a nice trip. Something different, and fun. Freeport Water Taxi. I think they have a sunset tour at like 6:30 or 7:30. Worth looking into if you like that sort of thing.

It's a nice stroll, fun & lively atmosphere. I would not call it seedy.

There's a new place with Gigantic Jenga to play I think it's call BREW S.A, like USA but they serve beer. Haven't tried it, but it looks fun!

There's a nice boardwalk at the end to sit & relax, or play with the exercise machines.

Enjoy!

Thanks will check it out. You’re right reviews are bad regarding food.

It's definitely not seedy, just leave yourself plenty of extra time to travel there and park! It's basically one lane in and one lane out so it gets pretty backed up. There are tons of nice restaurants, so I'd check out the menus ahead of time and make a reservation. After dinner we like walking around. There's an ice cream place or Ralph's to grab some dessert. There's also a mini golf place if your children are into that. Have fun!
