nauseous before labor
I just threw up and have had cramps and contractions for a while now. Nothing that is timed or close enough together. But is it true that you get nauseous and can throw up before it starts.

i've heard of the body cleansing before labor (usually lots of pooping), but i suppose it could go either way. I have a friend that throws up during her labors.

I did, and the nurse said it was the contractions that were causing me to throw up.

Both times I gave birth, I threw up about 45 mins before feeling the need to push. That's how I knew I was really "in labor"!

For some poeple yes it happens. So def keep notice and time contractions and any changes.
