Nausea really stinks
I have been quesy on and off but this morning it hit me bad when i was taking my son to school. His teacher was eating a waffle and it nearly killed me. I have the sea bands and in my head I convince myself they help. What works for you?

I have to eat something when I'm nauseous. As much as I don't want to. When I get to the point of nausea, I know that it is because I am hungry. Try eating something small, at least a piece of toast with a little butter. Maybe a cold glass of milk.

i agree! this is what i did and it really does help a little

i was told anything with ginger in it not ginger ale there isn't enough in there to help and also a B6 vitamin I started taking them and I feel so much better good luck

nothing was working for me...I had pretty bad m/s, I would throw up at the sight of food. My dr had to give me something to stop the nausea....I'm SOOOOOO much better now!

I agree. I've had it worse this time the only thing that helps is when I eat. I always carry a piece of fruit or some crackers and then it subsides a little but not much

Well for my first pregnancy the nausea lasted for 12weeks....the last 2 not that bad, so hopefully lets hope history repeats itself!

I bought those yesterday along with some type of pregnant lady protein bars. I am a sucker for anything that says MAY HELP ALLEVIATE NAUSEA.

I have been fortunate, it isn't that bad for me, mostly the smells of certain foods really bother me and make me queasy. I do find that eating something small every 2-3hours helps, a banana, some yogurt, I make a 1/2 open face grilled cheese in the toaster oven.
Milk is not my friend though, it makes me quesy.

I kept crackers and lemon drops in my bag. Whenever I felt nauseous out in public, I would also pop sour balls in my mouth. I also discovered that heartburn was bringing on a lot of my nausea so I kept Tums with me too!
