natural hormones
Has anyone had any experiences with natural hormones for perimenopause or menopause symptoms? Any doctors to recommend in Nassau County who would be open to discussing various types of hormone therapy for menopause symptoms?
I need to find a new GYN and I want someone who is knowledgable about these issues so that I can stop trying to figure everything out on my own!!
