Nassau Colliseum Concert Seating
I am looking to purchase tickets but I'm not sure what section to choose since the stage looks oval and general admission (floor) is listed on both sides...how do I know which way the band will face?
BTW- This is for the Metallica concert on 1/29. If anybody can advise I would greatly appreciate it!

I'm not sure what the setup is going to be...I'm guessing they may be on a circular stage.
Be forewarned however, that general admission will usually mean a mosh pit. Great if you like that stuff (I do), not so great if you get claustrophobia.

i think if you are on either side of the floor... the band is going to be facing the middle..
so you would be looking at them from the side..
BTW.. i am SO jealous... they are my favorite band.. i wish i got tickets!!

OMG I would never get the GA! I want the lower section seats...I'm just not sure which way they'll be facing...it looks like a circular stage but when we saw them at Prudential Center the set up was similar and they were only facing one way.

ok ... the front should be sections.. 104, 103, 102... that side.. i am not 100% sure.. but i am pretty certain thats the way it will be..

The Death Magnetic tour's set is in the center of the floor. There is standing all around the stage and Lars' drum kit is in the round and they sing to all sides of the crowd.
There wasn't too much moshing going on the floor.
