Nasal Congestion...
I brought DS to the doctor on Wednesday for his shots. I told her how he had been waking up alot during the night..she said that his nose was clear and that he was probably gagging on all his saliva from teething (he is a drooly one)..well now today he is definitely congested. His nose isnt running and he can breathe out of it. It really is only an issue when he wants to go to sleep b/c he cant use his pacifier...I just put in a call to the pediatrician to see if there was anything I could give him.
I know that they pulled the "INFANT" decongestants from the shelves etc...has your doctor prescribed a decongestant for your child since then??? I wasnt sure if it were more of a measure to get parents to stop self medicating their children or what the deal was..

In the land of the head cold here, thhe humidifier is the only way my girls actually sleep without waking with their colds.
But my PED does give the okay for benadryl for post nasal drip/stuffiness.
