Naps have gone to $hit! BTDT, will this pass?

Girls are GREAT sleepers thru the night, with the occasional, rescue me im on my belly.
But naps all of a sudden came to a hault. Im talking one twin takes roughly 1 nap per day an hour long. The other twin will still take 2 naps but the second one is wayyyyy too short and they are both unbearable all day long because they're so tired.

They were on an unbelievable schedule 1 morning 2 hr nap and 1 afternoon 2 hour nap-at the same time.. and it just stopped one day. They never sleep at the same time anymore and I have no idea when they will go down or just scream and cry until I take them out. They are 7 mo and bottom teeth just came in so Im sure that has something to do with it...

In your experience, is it a phase that passes or is this going to be the hell I live in until they move out?

My Twins are 18 Months & things are constantly changing. We had our twins nap time around 1pm. It's now starting to get so nice so kids are outside more & they are getting knocked out at 11:30ish. Since your twins are younger at 7 months you will see the schedules will change a few times with teething & just as they grow....etc. I know it's hard. Good Luck!!

I think it's a phase. Just when you think your lo is on a schedule they change & then a couple of weeks later they change back. It could be for many different reasons. Most likely teething which is torture. Hang in there it will hopefully pass soon.

i have an 8 month old and naps have and are always changing for me. some weeks its great some weeks its non-existant
