napping at 8 weeks
First off I am grateful that DS sleeps very well at night but during the day he takes 12-20 min catnaps and has to be rocked to sleep. He's starting to like a blankie and he's already is using a pacifer.
My mom says I should let him CIO (funny enough she can't bear to hear him cry)
Any words of advice

at 8 wks, CIO is way to early. Let him sleep how and when he wants during the day.

ITA. Personally, I wouldn't even consider CIO until at least 6 months.
