i was there last week, but only for a day. there are a bunch of cute shops and restaurants along 5th avenue
def go into Adelheidi's Organic Sweets. its an organic gelato/ice place. everything is homemade, and they even have vegan selections.
they are sooooo yummy!!!!
i tried a bunch of flavors, but the reisling ice and the strawberry rose gelato were some of the favorites.

Naples pier/beach is beautiful. Must see. You can see wild dolphins there too. They are trying to steal the bait off the lines from the people fishing off the pier.
The Naples zoo is cute, small but nice.
There are boat tours that go out from there so you can see the dolphins and manatees.
If you are going with kids, King Richards Fun Park is fun.
I agree with the PP about 5th Avenue for shops/restaurants. Check out Abbotts for homemade ice cream/custard. Delicious.
Have fun! It's really a beautiful area.

My dad lives in Naples. I agree with this.
My sister works at the zoo too. IDK if you're going with children.
