Nap Schedule/Transitioning to 1
So I think DS is ready to go to 1 nap since the afternoon nap is just not happening anymore. My question is how do you plan it around lunch? I wanted to put him down between 11-12 but then what if he naps for 3 hours?! Should I feed him an early lunch?

Re: Nap Schedule/Transitioning to 1
DS started loosing his second nap at 13 months. He would be exhausted by 9 am and I just had to keep moving his nap time up every day by a few minutes. He goes down at 11 now and will nap anywhere between 1 and 3 hours. I usually feed him breakfast at 8am and give him a "snack" right b4 lunch (yogurt, some banan cookies, etc...) When he wakes up whatver time that is I feed him lunch. Hope that helps.

Re: Nap Schedule/Transitioning to 1
I just gave her lunch whenever she woke up. We don't have dinner until around 7, so it was fine for us. If she eats lunch early, I would give her an afternoon snack. If she eats lunch late, we just skip the afternoon snack.
