Nap schedule

Dd, 4 months old, has been on a great eat-every-4-hours schedule for the past 2 months. She typically eats, plays, naps a little, gets up, repeat.

Lately, I think because she can stay up for longer intervals, she is falling asleep just as her bottle time is approaching. So she drinks half of what she should, and falls into sleep. It is throwing her schedule completely off!

I'd like to try to introduce more structured nap times. Any ideas how to go about this?

Addtl info: she sleeps like 11 hrs. overnight.

I don't have any advice, but I just wanted to share that my DD's schedule got totally out of whack at 4 mos. (and is still wonky at 6 mos.!)

i would move the bottle time up then,it can be a little before 4 hrs,kwim?

my twins are 4 and a half months and my kids eat every 3 at most..i am jealous
