Nanny's first day
I am going back to work soon and we have hired a nanny to be at home with my DD (now 5 months old). The nanny will be living with us and tomorrow is her first day. I've heard from so many people that it's important to set clear expectations from day one. Just wondering from those of you who have/had a nanny... any advice for those first days to make the transition a smooth one? Any advice is greatly appreciated! THANKS!

Re: Nanny's first day
Good Luck!
I would have the schedule of the baby written out. Also go over the things that are very important to you that she does. I also recommend having her keep a daily log of when the baby eats, wets, what happens, etc. It is always nice to see how the baby's day went.
