Nanny- going from a 1 to 2 kids?
If you have/had a Nanny- what is the percentage that you increased their salary when you had another child?
My mil watches ds and its her only job so we do pay her but I have no idea what to pay her when we have a 2nd (no time soon, I just need to plan)

I just asked 3 of my coworkers who have 2 children.. 2/3 years apart and they ranged from 15-25 % increase in salary from 1 to 2 children. They live in nice suburbs in New Jersey.
