Nanny/Babysitter Interview Questions?

Does anyone have a standard list of questions??

I am interviewing some people for part-time work this week, starting today-- and I just realized other than the obvious, I am not sure what to ask!!!

first name
last name
how old she is
experience -how many families she has worked for,how long did she stay for with each family, why did she leave each job, what exactly did she do
talk about sick days, holidays (paid, unpaid) if she charges extra if you ask her to stay late and how much
references
check her driver's license or some kind of ID.
talk to her about what exactly you need and if she is ok with it (so there is no misunderstanding later on)



That's all I can think of for now, I'll post more if I remember anything (I just woke up , can't think any more, lol )
