Nanny/babysitter and key to your house
Do you give your nanny or regular babysitter a key to your home? TIA

Yes. I leave a spare key for her in the morning and she gives it back at the end of the day. She doesn't keep it.
She is there for 10 hours a day.
When it was nice out she would take DS to the park/library classes/walks.
I would also leave her money so that they can go for pizza or ice cream.
I wouldn't want to be stuck inside all day.

Yup, she has a key and the clicker to our garage. I want her to be able to park and come right in in the mornings while I'm scrambling to get ready. She keeps the key.
I figure if I trust her with my kid, I trust her with my key
