My family was all As and Ms too... my name is Alyssa and my sister is Micaela :)
Of course our names were unique but now both names are super popular (Micaela spelt McKayla though usually now)

My son is Austin and if this one is a boy we are thinking Mason.
As for girls names, Alexa / Alexis, Alexandra / Alexandria, Madison, Mackenzie, McKayla.... I don't know, lol. If we have a girl it will be a B name.

Dd2 is Arielle. She has buddies named Addison, Aiden, Miranda, Mikayla, and Avery. Also love Mason, Mia, Meredith, Mateo, Aviva, Aliza, Alana, Adam.

Those are the letters we used and are using - DD1 is Avery, and DD2 we are using an M for the middle name, and as of now it will be Macey.
If DD1 was a boy his name would have likely been August.
If DD2 was a boy likely his middle name would be Miles or Milo.
