Nail in my uggs
I am not sure what to do, but there is a nail in my ugg boots. I bought them last year from David Z, and I used them the entire winter. I was walking today, and I felt like there was something in my shoe. I put my hand in and I got stabbed by a nail. I checked to see if it came in from the bottom, but there was no hole. I am thinking because the wool started to thin down- that the nail was starting to pinch me. Has this happened to anyone?

that doesn't sound right. i still wear Uggs from 3 years ago and the insides are very plush - no nails!!

That's what I thought but there is no holes on the bottom or the side of the shoe. I called their customer service, and they said that it is possible when the were making the shoe they might of sealed the nail in the shoe.
