myspace question
Help! I am trying to get in touch with an old friend through myspace. I have never used it before and want to send a message but do not want to have it posted on his page. If I use the "send message" function does it go to private mail. He recently had a death in his family and I am heartbroken for him.

Yes, send message is private. Bulletins go to everyone on your friend list and comments get posted publicly.
