my very own pity party... disappointing 37 week appointment
With all of the pain and pressure I've been having for the last 2 weeks I would have thought something was brewing down below. Doctor says I'm not dialated at all and just starting to thin out. Yeah I cried and my husband stood there in shock. He had no idea that I would get upset.
OK pity party over!

Soon!!! I feel like I'm going to react the same way if I have no progress at 37w. Hang in there... you're almost there!!!

That means nothing! I was 3 cm at 37 weeks with baby #3, we were moving and I thought I was going into labor. She came 6 days late  You could still go at any time regardless of any of that!

Don't get yourself all upset. With DS at my 37 week appt I was only 2 cm dialated..My water broke 3 days later

progress means nothing. I am one day over my due date since 36 weeks i have been effaced and dilated , means nothing !!! just have it set in your mind that u r going to go late and then it will be a cool suprise if lo comes early thats what i have done and i am so ok mentally that i am late

I feel your pain! I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and not dialated at all.
Hang in there! I know it sucks when it feels like LO is punching/kicking you in the organs every 5 minutes. Here's hoping for progress soon!

totally sux- I'm sorry and I totally relate- I cried after my last appointment too- I have been having contractions but no progress and I thought for sure it would lead to something
