Rock Hudson?
None of them are Head Chef material. Rock is quick to anger, and not willing to help other people. Jen clams up and hides in her own head when stress builds. Julia gets way too frazzled under stress. Bonnie is way too ditzy... Ramsey had to remind her to turn the stove on to cook! Josh should have been kicked off weeks ago.

I agree. I thought Brad was the only one who potentially could run a restaurant (or as Chef Ramsey would say: rest-runt)

ITA with all of this...But have to say, I do like Julia! So glad a simple dish (Steak) was so popular.
Bonnie and Jen need to stop beyotching at each other.
I loved Rock in the beginning, but, now we see his true colors and could care less if he gets the boot.

I dont think any of them are head chef material.
Julia: She doesnt know the products. She will have a lot to learn. She didnt know what Creme Brule` was or even ahi tuna. How can she even serve something she doesnt know.
Jen: Has the potential to be a good leader, but the biggest thing she lacks is communication. In a kitchen you need to have communication. You need to all work together and she tends to be too into herself and bottles it up. She lacks communication and often teamwork.
Bonnie: said it best herself. She has the palate and creativity but has a lot to learn. She gets ditzy under pressure. That is not good in a kitchen. That opens up too many windows of errors. She had the fire last week, forgot to put the gas on yesterday. I am sure if she is in a kitchen in her apartment and had all the time in the world to play with food she would be great, but running the Green Valley Resort will be way too much pressure on her.
Rock: he is just arrogent. I never liked him. He wants what he wants and doesnt care who he steps on to get it. He wants to win so badly he doesnt realize that his determination is hurting him and his team. Yes it's a competition but they need to work together in the kitchen. One person messes up it messes up the team. I just dont see him as a good leader.
Josh: Their is something missing about him. I havent seen him step up to the plate yet. he seems like he is just there. Maybe he's waiting for the finals to shine, but he has done nothing all along to show his leadership ability or ability to run a kitchen

I love how Ramsey asked if any of the dishes on the menu were Julia's, and then how Julia was able to get her steak and shrimp on the menu! Then everyone ordered it! 
Ramsey picked Julia as the top performer yesterday, right?
I've been rooting for Julia!!

I can't get that mental picture of Jen putting the spaghetti in the garbage out of my head. That was THE most disgusting thing. I wouldn't trust that chic in the kitchen AT ALL! They should have dumped her WEEKS ago!

I know what you mean - she is good at what she does, but I keep going back to the spaghetti incident..
I would love to see Julia get something out of this - I am not totally sure she could handle being the top chef at a gourmet restaurant, but she seems to really want to learn!
