My update...
Well my first sono with Dr. B. was a tough one - that was on July 1st. Today, we finally met with my OB/GYN.
I am very happy to say that we are 8w2d pregnant - we have a baby measuring just right with a strong heartbeat. 
The other pregnancy is no longer viable. Baby A, who was implanted very low in my uterus, and had a heartbeat 2 weeks ago, has not developed. I will definitely miscarry.
My dr. is confident that this will not affect the other baby and that this pregnancy should continue on normally. 
Also, I still have a blood clot next to the healthy baby - my doctor is not concerned at all. He said it is a subchorionic hematoma which is common and nothing to be concerned about.
So, we are feeling very positive and beginning to allow ourselves to get excited. I know it's early, but I really pray that this is it...
I just want to thank everyone on this board for everything - I know my stay here was short...but my respect and caring for everyone here runs very very deep. I pray for all of us - that we will all "graduate" from here one day. I can't tell you how much I have appreciated your advice and support, and I truly hope I can continue to offer as much support and advice as I can to everyone else.
