My UGGS made me bleed!

So I got my UGGS back in Dec. I bought from Ebay bc I couldn't get....fast forward to last week I notice the sole is coming undone from shoe...then yesterday I was walking from my office to Penn and the back of one of them cut my ankle open..I mean blood and all!! I couldn't find anything in the show but something mus be there. I went to ebay and the seller is no longer registered. HMMMM...do we think they are fakes? I had my friend look at them and the seller had good feedback and said they were coming from manufacturer in china (which they did). So I am thinking of returning to UGGS directly. Has anyone done this? If so how?? TIA.

I had my uggs cut me on the back of my ankle this year. I bought them last year. I wore them a lot and kinda wore them down. I can only wear them with socks now. Mine are real uggs bought from Journeys.

I never tried to return them so I cant help you there.

Not sure if they are real or not but if they are and you take them to the UGG store or contact the company directly they should be able to fix them for you. That is the beauty of spending a little more on them -- they are great about honoring their product.

A friend of mine shipped hers out - they could not fix them so they sent her a brand new pair. HTH!

Some of the Uggs (real ones) are made in China! The cost of production is less there.

I would bring them in and see if they can be repaired or exchanged. I don't know what kind of condition they are in, however I have never had that kind of problem with mine. Maybe there was an error in production.
