My tenant called from AZ
his AC broke!
Sh!t!
Now I'm calling all over the place to get it fixed. Good thing he could stay at a friend's house last night.
Hopefully today we can get it fixed and I hope it doesn't cost a fortune.

he stayed in the apt. It was hot. No sh!t.
Maintenance guy from the complex came today at 7:30am local to fix it. Just some freon, oil and cleaning the coils.
