my stroller strides class yesterday had Zumba...SO FUN
anyone ever do that workout?
Do they only have them at yoga places or do they have them at gyms too?

Yes!!! I only went once- when I was about 14 wks pg, but after that my balance started being weird (I fell twice just walking) so I was afraid to do it.
It was SOOO much fun!

Took it the first time last week when I was in NJ at my parent's. I usually take kickboxing, but my mom takes Zumba so I went with her. So much fun... although I was so uncoordinated.
