My skin is a nightmare
I really have no idea what to do anymore. I thought once I hit the 2nd trimester that it would clear up, but it is getting WORSE. Now my shoulders are all broken out as well. What can I do??

Re: My skin is a nightmare
I've been using the Clinique 3-step and my skin has been pretty good all pregnancy.

Re: My skin is a nightmare
My skin was a nightmare through my first & second trimesters, finally got more clear during the last trimester (I always had nice skin before that). I say it was worth it now b/c my daughter never got baby acne or anything, so I suffered for her beauty
People recommended witch hazel as a non-medicated treatment, but it didn't work for me. YOu could give it a try though, you can buy it at any drug store.

I had the same problem, my chest and upper back and face broke out.. Someone suggested i use Dove Exfoilating body scrub--- it defiantly helped, but not total cure b/c it was a hormone thing with the pregnancy. Now its clear but im also at the very end of the pregnancy.
