I have to say that I was VERY nervous to have this done but can honestly say it was not that bad. I went to the Gramercy Park location. Nice place, and had places to park. I had a 6:45am appt. The people were friendly and it all went smoothly. DH and I filled out ppwk, then they took me to the back to get dressed. He then went and did his business and I did not see him again until it was all done. They gave me a light sedative and waited for the Doc to come in. Once he came in they gave me the goods and all I remember is waking up and asking right away how many eggs they got!
I then waited in the recovery room and DH was there. I stayed for about 20-30 min. and was on my way. I had zero discomfort and bloating was minimal. It really was an easy process, and happy it went so smoothly. Def. FM me with any questions. I am just excited to hear about the Fert Rpt.
Thanks for the support
Today I am just a little tired but have done my normal activities but no lifting
I must be in my own world because I thought for some reason your retrieval was tomorrow!! It's so hard to keep up with everyone!!
Anyway I'm so glad you had a good experience!! I told you it would be quick and you would be out by 8!! Did you end up driving?
The hardest part from this point is the stress of the waiting ... Waiting for the fert report... waiting to see how they're doing... waiting to see which day you will transfer ... etc etc... then finally waiting to see if you're pregnant .. waiting for the beta... waiting for the second beta... waiting for the third beta... waiting for the first sono ... praying from sono to sono for the next 34 weeks....... yea ok I'll stop now

Follie dust!!
SO true! Its a constant worry
We did drive in, it was so much better than taking the train I think, and we were able to park only a block away, so it all worked out
