My productive day so far...

Hope everyone's doing well. Dh got home from work around 2:30 this morning. We got up at 6 and left the house by 6:20, stopping quick to say goodbye to my mom who is now on her way to florida...
Went to get bloodwork done, then to the dr. My lining went from 3 back up to 6. I have 1 follicle measuring 10, all the rest are "a bunch of small follicles". Waiting to hear my estrodial results- which will determine my doses for tonight and tomorrow. Have to go back on Monday morning for another scan and more bloodwork.
Left there, drove down to the town that my SIL lives in, picked up bagels at a store nearby, and drove to my SILs house so we could see our nephew since his birthday way yesterday. Saw our nephew for about an hour and a half- had breakfast with him and gave him his presents,... then left, stopped at my MIL/FILs house- but they weren't home- dropped off an order that I had to deliver to them- THEN headed home... picked up my mom's car (she left it where she got on the bus), dropped it off at her house, picked up my brother's car from her house, dropped it off at his house, got $ out of his house, deposited it in the bank for him... fed his cat and gave her water, played with her for about 45 minutes, checked in on my grandma, got our mail and made a 2nd trip to the bank b/c DH had a paycheck come in... All before 1 in the afternoon.. I'm ready for a nap now but I have to fix my grandma lunch!!!
