My poor baby is soooo sick
and I dont know what else to do for him. He was diagnosed with croup on Monday. Now all of the crap is starting to flow out but its such thick mucous. He is soooo miserable and he has a fever now. It spiked to 102.4 so I brought him back to the doctor. They boosted him with more Tylenol and told me to keep him hydrated. It's just so frustrating that I cant help him. It breaks my heart to see him like this

Poor little guy! It is the worst to see babies sick. They are so helpless to begin with that having them get sick seems like cruelty. I guess all you can do is try to soothe him....maybe a massage, lots of holding & close contact and lots of kisses!!!!!
I hope he is feeling better ASAP

I know, I hate seeing little ones sick. It is a good sign though that everything is coming out, it means he is getting better. I hope he feels better soon
ETA: Did yo speak to the dr. about a dehumidifier? The moisture may help him to breathe better and loosen up his chest a little.

I know its awful I felt so helpless when DD got RSV- it was the worst time of her babyhood.
