My Next Concern.... And questions..
One of the girls that goes to the babysitters with my son is sick with the stomach bug....
We haven't experience this yet in DS's 11 months. Is it pretty automatic that he is going to get it? Or do I have hope that since they haven't been with each other since yesterday afternoon (she started throwing up about 9 last night) that we may be okay???? I am so dreading this. How long after they are exposed do they usually get sick? Do any of you ladies have any answers for me on this??? Please??
TIA!

Keep your fingers crossed. he may or may not get it.

Re: My Next Concern.... And questions..
My DD had a stomach bug a few weeks ago, she was fine in 12 hours. She didn't have a fever and she was acting fine, she was just throwing up once an hour.
He may not catch it, it's not 100% guarenteed. He may have a better immune system than his friend.
I hope he doesn't come down with it!

Re: My Next Concern.... And questions..
Good Luck. It spread pretty easily with us. DS got it at daycare. He was throwing up that night and the next day when I called daycare, almost everyone, inlcuding teachers, was out with it. I got it 2 days later and DH got it the day after that. I actually got it again a month later, but no one else in the house did. It only lasts about 12 hours at least.

My dd had it about 2 weeks ago, her twin brother never got it and they are always together, share a room, chew on the same toys, etc...
Just keep your fingers crossed!

Re: My Next Concern.... And questions..
dh and i had this a few weeks ago. ds got exposed on tuesday at daycare and threw up once on thursday. that was it for him, but it was enough to expose DH and i so we both got it on saturday.
so for us the incubation was 2 days.
good luck
