My new insomnia cure!
THought I'd share with all of you insomniacs.... so the past two nights instead of tossing and turning, I've gotten up and took a nice warm bath... Saturday night it was 12:30am! Last night it was 2:30am!! I know it sounds nuts, but as soon as I got out, I was soo warm and I went to sleep immediately... (I hope I didnt just jinx myself)...lol... but anyway, give the warm bath a try... its kinda a pain in the arse, especially when its 2am... but hey whatever works, works, right?? GL!!

I might have to try that.....especially since it is 1:30 am and I am not even remotely able to sleep tonight! I am so frustrated though cause I am tired!

This will work for me but only as long as I still fit in the tub...at over 5'7" I dont fit in my tub as it is..the Tub is only 4 feet!...Im begging my husband to put in a new tub before I get any farther along...

Last pg, my doctor warned me about taking hot baths.... I never heard it before he said that though... Is there any truth to that? Because I would LOVE to take one!!!

I always take one.
As long as u can get in without it being like owww...annd u dont turn red its fine...u just can't have scalding water.
I also never fill it to cover my belly--
(tub is not that deep)
