My nails look like crap
YES I knew this would happen...when they took the wraps off they left a teeny bit of length and those mostly tore so I cut all of them off 2 nights ago...I cannot wait until this awkward nail period is over

try to thicken and harden them. i like to put a clear coat of nailtique on.

either use nailtiques or Sally Hansen nail hardner in the gold bottle, works wonders!

nail tek is the best - you can get it at almost any drugstore - i had a customer whose nails would not grow and they finally did thanks to nailtek
ps nailtique is different and a lot of people have bad reactions to it (and it is more money)

my nail girl told me that i will have to use something like nailtek every other day to help make my nails strong again, once i take the acrylics off. have you tried anything like that?

OMG I got this AWESOME stuff from my nail salon when I took mine off. You paint it on once a week and it seriously makes your nails beuatiful and hard.
It was like 18 for the bottle but it rocks. I will look up the name.. all the directions are written in Japanese though ( i think)

I have to be...I can't see myself sitting there for an hour to get a fill in. If one breaks, then I have to go back...
It's sooo not worth it!
