My leg is killing me.
Yesterday when I got home from work out of no where my right thigh started hurting me. Almost as if I pulled a muscle.  I teach so I am on my feet all day but I didn't twist or do anything weird. When I got out of bed this morning it felt much better but after 5 minutes of putting weight on it it hurts so bad again. Now it's almost in my knee too!
Is this cause for concern or just my body carrying around this extra weight? Swelling? Pulled something? I cannot figure it out.
ETA: I just read the carpul tunnel post....maybe it's something along those lines but in the leg????

Maybe sciatica? Is it in the back or the front of your leg? Does the pain run down your butt too? I hope you feel better soon!

No, I get sciatica too so I know what that feels like 
This was different. More muscular, in the front of my thigh. I took 1 tylenol this morning to get through the day. It helped so much but it's wearing off and I don't want to take another one.

Maybe its sciatica. Bones shift while the baby grows.. so might just be that. If continues i would consult with your doc.

Ugh! So now you have front and back leg pain!!  Other than taking another Tylenol, you could try the whole... drink more water and eat bananas routine. I hope it feels better soon!

hi,
i'd just call the doc to be on the safe side-- especially if it's in one leg. it's most likely nothing but just to be sure it's not a blood clot, which COULD have similar symptoms i was told.
so just to be sure, call your doc and rest easy.
