Do you think it's from how you're sitting? Sometimes if I'm sitting all day at a desk my back hurts all the way down to my you know where :)
I hope the pain goes away - thats the last thing you need!

It helps me if I put a pillow between my legs when I sleep and skew my legs so they are not perfectly lined up when I sleep, Kwim?

I think it's a combination of sitting for several hours at work, the cold, carrying our 18 month old around and how I'm sleeping.
Thanks for the pillow idea everyone. I'll try that and I also have to remember to get up a few times during the day and walk around.
Hopefully it won't be bitterly cold out too much longer. Spring has to be here eventually, right?
