MY HIP!
My left hip hurts :( I wobble a little bit now because of it. I think it's from me sleeping on my side, but I try to alternate. Anyone had this happen?

MY HIP!
I'm a bit behind you but the last few days I get random (not continuous) left hip pain - it's DEF the bone and not something else, when I get the pain it feels like it got bumped against a table (I know I'm spazzy and worse since pregnancy, but I have been super cautious about not walking into things).

MY HIP!
Happened to me. I used a heating pad to help with the pain. It went away 100% after I gave birth.

Re: MY HIP!
I have horrible hip and pelvic pain this pregnancy starting in third trimester. I knew it was going to happen because after my second I had hip pain on one side that took a long time to go away. Mine is bad after I sit at night and get up. If I do too much through out the day. Take a long walk and sleeping and turning over at night. Doctor said it just happens to some people. Should go away once baby comes. There are certain exercises you can do to help it. Look on line.

MY HIP!
I usually find that if I switch position, or if when in bed I sort of butterfly (you know the butterfly stretch) it helps to alleviate the pain (but I'm still only 13w4d, I'm sure in a few more weeks I won't even be able to get in that position).

Re: MY HIP!
I had HORRIBLE left hip pain from sleeping on my side with a pillow between my knees. Are you doing the pillow thing, because someone told me to make sure the pillow is also between my feet. If it's only between your knees it puts your hip in an unnatural position or something. When I made sure my feet also had the pillow between them (I used a regular pillow, I just slid it down further so it went from my knees to my feet) that made a big difference. It's probably easier to do this with one of the long body pillows but I never bothered to buy one.

Re: MY HIP!
Not so much hip pain, but I have really bad pelvic pain. I ordered a heating pad (it was like $10-15 on Amazon) and put that on when I feel it the most and it really helps. Maybe give that a shot for your hip?

MY HIP!
I see women on here talking about using heating pads - I was under the impression those were no-no's, I'm guessing they're not.

They're safe from what I've read. I usually only put it on the low setting too, and it's on my pelvic area, usually not on the belly.

I had one on my back every single night. Sometimes on low, sometimes on medium.
I also purchased this, put it in the microwave for 2 minutes, and used it on my hips while sleeping. Lifesaver!

I use a pillow at night whichever one I can get my hands on. Dh is a pillow hog! My chiropractor has helped me with my wobbling lol. I get stretched and massaged.
