my first post on the pregnancy board! i'm not pregnant lol
Hi all
family member is pregnant and pre diabetic. would love some tips for low/no sugar snacks for her. She's having a hard time planning snacking when she was able to eat whatever she wanted before.

Veggies with hummus, cheese sticks, hard boiled eggs, plain Greek yogurt (I mixed with almond butter), popcorn, mixed nuts
