My first before and after "home" pic...
We have a LONG way to go in regard to repairs. We were lucky enough to get our new roof before the snow hit after Christmas, but the siding was held off for a long time because of the weather. Well our trusted contractor busted his hump and got the party started. I only have one before and after but I am a lil bit excited after it was found that we had a massive amount of old termite damage that had to be treated and repaired.

Again, that's just a small part that has been done. We have about 3/4 of the house to go.

I'm on a home journey of small steps myself right now. Every accomplishment is huge to us!! Great job. It looks so fresh and new.

Thanks! I can't wait either. I feel like I've been in limbo for weeks because of the weather. The contractor had to dig ladders and other equipment out of the snow. Took time away from the project. Fortunately, I told him that we have plenty of inside projects to work on in the mean time. For example, the inspector (grrrrr) also missed the fact that the house was not secured to the foundation and the house could literally jump with a storm of the right magnitude. Needless to say we are not pleased.

We really had no choice. Well at first we did it because we did the roof, then once the contractor pulled off the siding, there had been an extraordinary amount of old termite damage and we had to repair it. It was sickening.

I remember when you posted about the damage originally. I'm sorry your inspector SUCKED so badly.
