My Dr is leaving the practice :(

I got a letter in the mail today ~ My high risk Dr is leaving the practice next month ~ I go to Stony Brook OB Gyn on Technology Dr

I was wondering if any of you have gone or go to any of these doctors (I switched from my regular ob to go to this dr and now he is leaving uggghh)

I go to Dr. Figueroa

His associates are:

Dr. Quirk
Dr. Ogburn
Dr. Avila
Do any of you have any experience with these doctors?

I saw Dr. Ogburn when we lost my first DS. He was the doctor that fit me in his schedule the day after we found out our son was not going to make it. He spent 1.5 hours of his busy time answering all of our questions and was very compassionate. (Sorry to anyone that had appt's pushed back because of that )

I saw Dr. Figueroa briefly the morning after I gave birth to DS.

If I needed a high risk doctor, I would see Ogburn just from that small amount of time I spent with him.

Nice Thank you N ~ that is how Dr. Figueroa is ~ I have a blood clot issue and when I was 5 weeks PG he fit me in and he sits with you however long it takes to explain everything before you leave his office ~ I just read this letter and I am soooo upset.
