My Dr. B appt update.....
Sooo yesterday was my first consult appt with Dr B and I figured I should share how it went.
First.. I could not be happier that we met with him. Super extatic. The appt went beyond well... I actually left the appt yesterday in such good spirits about everything!
I have the highest levels of expectations from doctors... I'm very weary of doctor's and do not trust them. Dr B met my dr expectations by a landslide. He seemed to individualize the game plan to ME and not based on statistics of the general population. I tend to find that a lot of doctors will or won't look into things based on how common the issue is or may be. Does that make sense to you guys??
Anyway... we are both going for extensive testing. I opted to hold off on the immunity testing for a little bit. he said that's most likely not our particular problem and since the out of pocket costs (after insurance) is rather high (could be between 700 and 1400 or more) we have the leway to hold off on those tests and can run other tests in the meantime because they are more likely my issue.
DH will have a sperm analysis. I've also been trying to get him to quit smoking.... where I failed Dr B succeeded!! Dr B told him the effects of smoking on your sperm (without sounding too naggy about it) and DH is now going to quit this week!! 
We will also have the glucose testing, pcos testing, cd3 bloodwork, sono, etc. Tons of stuff. He said he thinks one definite possibility is PCOS.... which is what I've asked other doctors to test me for in the past and they refused because we technically "got pregnant on the first try" but they wouldn't listen when I would say... we were on our honeymoon where all we did was  about 2 times a day for about 3 to 4 weeks straight (we had an extended HM)!! AND we had lots of unprotected for months and months before that..... soo... really the fact that it happened on our first conscious month of trying really never meant too much to me (once all that is factored in)... but other doctors would brush it off. PCOS runs in my family also and I have other issues which indicate a real possibility for pcos. I'm just happy he is going to test me for this so the pcos thing can be put to rest.
Now I can't wait to get all this testing done so we can be on our way!!!
Thank you to those of you who recommended him and for giving me the shove in the direction of going this route when I was just complentating it!!!

I'm so glad you had a good experience!!! I remember leaving my first appt feeling like I was pregnant already!

That's how I felt when I graduated!! I kept saying I couldn't wait to be back .. well.. looks like I got my "wish"  Next time I'm going to be like ... "Listen, you're great and all but I do NOT want to see you for at least another 2 yeares!!!"

I'll post more as i go along. You guys can be so informative and supportive so I'm sure I'll have questions and things to write about the situation as time goes on.
