My DR appt today
Blood work and the trigger shot. HOWEVER- my wonderful husband is going away upstate with the guys tomorrow. Im wondering if we BD tonight, tomorrow morning and then sunday when he gets home if that will be ok? I asked if he can stay home but he didnt want to hear it LOL This is my 3rd month on the clomid- they upped my doseage this month. Next month (if this month is out) we'll move onto IUI- maybe with clomid? Its so frustrating all these appointments and stuff. When I started going to the DR- I read somewhere that like 85% of poeple that are on the clomid get pregnant within the first 3 months- so I was very hopeful.....not so much anymore. I mean- I think positive but its harder- the longer it takes, its harder for me to still think positive. Hopefully this month will be a good one ***fingers and toes crossed***

Re: My DR appt today
I ended up getting pg with my DS on Clomid, however I did many cycles of Clomid/timed BD..What worked for us was Clomid/IUI # 3
Clomid does have a drying effect of the CM, so for us, bypassing that issue and putting the swimmers where they needed to be is what did the trick ...Good Luck

If you think you may end up with a dryness/CM issue, there is a safe gel you can get at CVS, I think it's called Conceive.
The trigger takes 24-36 hours to work anyway, so your BD'ing schedule sounds good to me.
Good luck!
