Ya know what, he's smart! Its better to put them up now while its still mild out then to freeze your a$$ off in december--lol I just wouldn't light them up yet.

I 100% agree with this! Very smart idea! Although it doesnt sound like thats the reason he did it.

I was driving down Larkfield Road, heading toward Northport. It took me a minute, but, I looked up and noticed the whole road is already decorated for the holidays

noooo, that's just WRONG! I love Christmas, and admittedly, I beat the rush and bought my wrapping paper today, but to DECORATE THE STREET several weeks before thanksgiving? that's a bit much...
