My Coach watch broke..
The leather band of my Coach watch (only 1 yr old) broke...anyone know how to go about getting it fixed or replaced by Coach? Should I bring to a Coach store or call them directly?

I would bring it to the store- they are usually very good about repairing their stuff.

Me too! My umbrella was possessed, it kept opening on its own and smacked me in the head. They replaced it right on the spot. Also, my sunglasses stretched out really bad, they replaced them right there as well.
