My bird
My parakeet is so upset his companion died he will not go back in the cage.
Did anyone have this? how long until they do?
I am hoping he is not going to starve himself. he won't even let me near him.

it improved late last night! He finally went in the cage. I think he will be o.k.
HOPE. The other one is so verbal too with making sounds he knows he won't be alone..this could work!

my bird I had is good now..went into the cage and liked the new bird and then the new bird had to go back to the shop to be taken care of!
They said if I got there 10 mins later she would have been dead.
Her sugar dropped and she was ready to pass out.
They gave me a new bird to "fool" the babies and they knew the second I walked in! This bird was alittle bigger and they said I want my baby bird this is a mama bird.
I was freaking!
