my ankles are....
Swollen!! My ankles and feet and toes - it started on Friday and got really bad today. I was in the AC all day
What can I do to easy the tree trunks?

I have to say, I have always had skinny ankles myself. Recently, I found my ankles becoming "cankles" (my calf goes into my ankle). Sheesh!

I never had skinny ankles, I called them cankles but now I really have them

put your feet up and prop your right butt check up on a pillow when you sit.
try to sleep on your left side as much as possible.
Do it now! I was told, once it gets swollen - it's not undone until the baby is born - and that's true for everyone I know!

Mine get swollen by the end of the day then I just sleep with them elevated and by morning they are back to normal.

Mine are swollen too. I try to keep them elevated as much as possible, I'm in the AC most of the day and I'm barely on my feet. I can't win!

 I work outside all day long...I thought yesterday would be horrible but knock on wood, not so bad, a little swollen but only I really notice, or dh when i point it out to him! the funniest thing was on sun I was the day mostly in our central air...and my ankles swelled up the most!

Mine hurt, they feel like they are stretching. I find that laying in a pool relieves the pain, not the swelling.

Mine got really bad today. Does anyone else feel like they are so tight you can barely move them. My bones have disappeared from the inside and outside of my ankles. And my fingers are swollen also.
